Translation Services
Your Italian citizenship file is years of family history, gathered one record at a time. One wrong word or a missing apostille can cost you a hard-won appointment. Since 2016, we've been on the translator list of the Consulate General of Italy in Boston, preparing Italian citizenship translations, Declarations of Value and certified translations for USCIS. We know what each office looks for, mirror every original page by page, and handle notarization and apostille for you. You send the documents; we return a file that's ready to submit.

Citizenship and Registrations
For families claiming Italian citizenship
Translations of birth, marriage, divorce and death records and FBI and CORI checks, notarized and apostilled for citizenship by descent or by marriage. We also translate U.S. certificates for Italians registering a birth or a marriage with their consulate or municipality. Each layout mirrors the original.
Study, Work and Declaration of Value
For students and professionals moving to Italy
Transcripts, diplomas, employment letters and financial statements for study or work in Italy. For the Dichiarazione di Valore (Declaration of Value), we provide plain translations or notarized and apostilled ones, depending on whether you submit them through an Italian consulate or directly to an Italian school, university or institution.
Certified Translations for the U.S.
For USCIS and U.S. agencies
Certified Italian-to-English translations for USCIS and other U.S. agencies and offices, including requests to release or correct records. Each one comes with the translator's signed certification of accuracy and competence that USCIS requires, and mirrors the layout of the original so officers can compare it page by page.
How it works
Clear steps, no surprises: nothing moves forward until you approve it.
1
Send your documents
Send them through our Request a Translation page, and we'll reply with a clear cost estimate, free of charge.
2
You approve, we begin
Nothing starts until you say yes. Once you approve the estimate, we send your invoice and get to work.
3
You review the PDF
Before anything is notarized or mailed, you receive the full translation as a PDF to check and to keep for your records.
4
Ready to submit, at your door
Notarization and apostille, or certification, when your office requires it. Most orders are ready in 5 business days, and we mail the finished documents to you, usually within 2–3 days in the U.S. and about 3 business days to Italy. Every shipment is tracked.
